I have same problem. Same error message with latest revision. Problem is that it will not start at all. Not to do with number of filters. Tried to call but your telephone not working. My old version that did work is now gone. Please send me replacement old version. Thanks.
We cannot reproduce this error.

I had uninstalled the nonworking latest version and installed the old 2.5 version you kindly supplied. The 2.5 works. I then uninstalled the 2.5 and installed the c++ package you suggested. Then I reinstalled the latest version which still will not start. It gives the same error messages immediately. I uninstalled that latest version and reinstalled 2.5 which again does work OK. So the c++ package seems to have done no good and no harm.
I have since seen that the version 2.5 is M U C H M U C H slower to run than my installed previous version. The 2.5 gives a notice about finding two cores and for whatever reason then runs much slower, taking at least 10 times as long to complete simple one filter task to one image. Please supply the version I originally bought, the only one so far that actually does work!
