I have been using BP since 2009 and have had no issues. Lately when i import a picture it automatically rotates image. I have no filters added.
When i choose my filters and add them image is still upside down.
Any ideas?
Rotating problem
Hello,
Thank you for being a long time user of BatchPhoto.
BatchPhoto does not automatically rotate images. This is something that some image viewers (e.g. Picasa) are doing in order to display the photo in the correct orientation.
BatchPhoto has the Auto Rotate filter that will correct the orientation of the photo as well as update the metadata so that the image viewers will still display the photo in the correct orientation. The Auto Rotate filter should be added before any other graphical filter in Step 2 since the filters are applied in the order specified in the list.
Please let me know if this solves your problem and if not send us a sample image at support at batchphoto dot com.
