What is the maximum photos the program can process? Because I have tried to possess 340 photos and the BatchPhoto crashed.

Dear Stelios,
We tested BatchPhoto and it's working properly. We couldn't reproduce this issue.
Probably the error is generated by a corrupted file.

Hi Stelios,
Thank you for your recent order and we are sorry for this issue.
Just to be clear, there is no maximum number of photos that BatchPhoto can process so you should be able to process thousands in one session.
Please try the following work-around for your problem and if it resolves it we will issue a fix in the next minor version release.
You can do the following:
1. Open Windows Explorer (Start > Computer)
2. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\BatchPhoto\Import
3. Select all the files from this folder (Ctrl + A), then copy them (Ctrl + C)
4. Navigate one folder back to C:\Program Files (x86)\BatchPhoto
5. Paste all the files copied at step 4 (Ctrl + V)
You should now be able to run BatchPhoto without this error. Please let me know if this fixes your problem.

I am having same problem with version purchased Feb 25th 2012. V3.1.1 (2012.02.20)
It ran as a trial fine, did around 140 PNGs. So I purchased, and it just crashes. I managed to do in small chunks and eventually got them all done.
I tried the fix above, but my version only has a 'Data" and Profiles" folder - there is no IMPORT folder.
Please advise ..

Hello,
We apologize for this problem.
We have managed to reproduce this issue and we are working on a fix right now. I hope we will have a solution by tomorrow, please check back this post for an update.
Meanwhile there is a workaround for this: From the main menu select Edit > Settings and deselect the first option (Use multicore processors...). This will disable the faster multi-thread processing but it will prevent the application from exiting.
