Original date doesn't post on pictures

Since I upgraded to the new version of Batch Photo, I can't get the original date to post on pictures. It posts a date and time on the picture, but it is the date I saved the picture on my computer not the date and time that I took the picture. What can I do to correct this?

Dear user,

If BatchPhoto cannot get the Date and Time when the photo was taken, it will use the Date and Time when the photo was created on disk. Can you give us a sample to further investigate this problem?
