failed to load

Im trying to process Jpeg2000 to PDF., when I click on process..
processing window pops up.. green bar goes half way.. each image says
"failed to load:.../dir/...

help.,

Please make sure you have read access to the photos you're trying to process.
If this doesn't work, please send us one of your pictures at support (at) batchphoto.com.
