Dear user,
BatchPhoto works without problems on Windows 7. You can try loading and processing the sample images from My Pictures folder.
It may be that the images you are trying to process are corrupted. What type of images are you trying to process (e.g. JPG, TIF, PNG)? Can you please send us a couple of those images at support at batchphoto dot com so we can test this out?
