change incorrect dates on photos
Hi, I understand that it is impossible to change the date if incorrect on the photos. Is there a way to add a new date with a background behind the new date in order to cover the old date. I need a way to hide the incorrect date. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Hello,
BatchPhoto reads the original date/time information from the photo itself (the EXIF record), this information is written by the digital camera when the photo is taken. Some photos may lack this information and in this case BatchPhoto will read the date/time when the file was created on disk which may not be accurate.
Unfortunately if you already applied wrong dates to photos you cannot remove them with BatchPhoto. The only option that BatchPhoto has to remove the unwanted data/time text is to crop the photo, however I realize this is not a very good solution.
