If BatchPhoto cannot get the Date and Time when the photo was taken, it will use the Date and Time when the photo was created on disk. Can you give us a sample to further investigate this problem?

A BatchPhoto license can only be used on one computer. Uninstall BatchPhoto from the old computer and then install it and activate it on the new one.

You will have to use the Watermark-Logo filter multiple times.
Load the letter photo in Step 1 and then apply 8 Watermark-Logo filters with your other photos as logos.
