Re: PDF's Converted to RGB, Not Left as CMYK

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.

In the current version we only offer the option of choosing the compression for the resulted PDF files and the color space defaults to sRGB. We will consider adding the option of choosing the color space for PDF as you can do for JPG for example.

Re: Profile Added but Cannot Find in All Profiles

Hello,

Thank you for using BatchPhoto.

The profiles need to be saved in their default location in order to be visible in Wizard > Select Profile:
1. Win: Documents\BatchPhoto\Profiles
2. Mac: Documents/BatchPhoto/Profiles

Please let me know if this solves your problem.

Re: Multiple JPG to single PDF

Hi Duffy, Since BatchPhoto will load each of the images, used to create the PDF document, in memory your program most likely ran out of system memory. So you need to combine less images into a single PDF file in order for the process to complete successfully. Please let me know if there is something...

Re: Program wont process my edits

Hi John, Thank you for using BatchPhoto. You can easily place the Date stamp with drag & drop. If you edit the coordinates manually please note that they relate to the Placement (e.g. Bottom-Right), not to the top-left corner of the photo. If this does not solve your issue please send us via email (...

Re: BatchPhoto crashes when TIF files are added

Hi Matt, Thank you for your feedback. If using the Crop filter please make sure that the cropping rectangle is not partially outside of the image for all the input images. The best way to assure this is to use percentages for the coordinates of the cropping rectangle. This should work on any number ...

Re: Rotate Photos

Hello,

If the photos are correctly rotated in the preview they will be correctly rotated after processing them. However the thumbnails that you may see in preview are not rotated but if you open the photos in a viewer they will have the correct orientation.

Re: Rotate Photos

Hello,

Just add the Auto Rotate (Step 2 > Add Filter) filter before any other filter so the photos will be correctly rotated before applying additional edits.

Please let me know if this solves your problem.
