Re: Ghostscript for EPS Images
Hi, Thank you for your interest in BatchPhoto Enterprise. Once installed the GhostScript should work just fine without the need to reinstall it. It’s hard to understand what happened on your computer without seeing it, but you can try to reinstall the 32-bit version of the library from here: https:/...

Re: Optimize Images
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in BatchPhoto.
Sure, you can compress images without resizing them. In order to do that you need to select in Step 3 the Output Format as JPG, then press Settings next to the format. Adjust the slider Size/Quality as you need. You can also try the Fixed Size option.

Re: Batch Photo Trademark Watermark
Hi, If a watermark/stamp is applied, the pixels from the place where the stamp resides are changed. So you cannot remove it because the original picture pixels are now replaced by the stamp pixels. It's like writing on a pice of paper with a pen and then trying to remove the writing. Removing a stam...

Re: Monitor Job Factors that Determine a New File
Hi,
No, the checksums can only be reset manually by checking the option "Reprocess all images using the new settings" in the Job's settings window.
