ah, not so good if a server/computer is rebooted. shouldn't the enterprise version run as a service so it does not depend on a user to be logged in? any suggestions on what to do to keep the monitoring service running all the time?

batchphoto enterprise processing problem w/ filename
hi,
we are using batchphoto enterprise version and have noticed that when a particular filename is processed (example "Pic1.jpg"), batchphoto monitor will not process a file with that name again. can you guys tell me how to fix that problem?

hi,
when i enter a network folder location shared to all, i receive a folder not found error message. i have the enterprise version, can you tell me what is wrong?
