PNG is the short-hand for Portable Network Graphics and unlike JPEG is a lossless file format. PNG is a well known Internet file format for storing unaltered and high-quality images which is often used in conjunction with GIF and JPEG in web pages.
Settings
| • | For best compression check the Use best compression check-box but beware that processing may take longer. |
| • | Select the desired interlace algorithm from the Interlace Type combo-box. |
| • | The default settings can be restored by pressing the Reset button. |
