The Levels filter adjusts levels by scaling the colors falling between specified white and black points to the full available quantum range
Settings
•Select the color channel you want to modify from the Channel combo-box
•Use the Black point, Middle and White point sliders to obtain the desired effect
•The default settings can be restored by pressing the Reset button
