Keep receiving the message: File could not be opened; may be damaged or not supported.
Pretty certain the file isn't damaged - had someone else test it out. It's png format which is supported.
Any advice?

Couldn't it be linked to the size of the .png file? If it's really huge, it could cause issues.

Thanks, I've given it a try, and yes, even 100+mb .pngs work if the hardware behind that can handle it.
