Purchase cancelled

I am trying to purchase the full version of PhotoMarks and when I submit the order it says my order has been cancelled. Please see the attached photo. It's done this two different times on two different days.

Thank you for your interest in PhotoMarks.

After investigating your order we have find out that your credit card was rejected for unknown reasons. Please try to pay with a different card or a PayPal account.
