Batch Photo Editor not working correctly

Hey have been having issues with the batch photo has been perfect up until a week ago, it keeps shutting down with error messages saying that it has stopped working and we will be notified when there will be a fix, i have uninstalled and re installed it and still does it? very frustrating when customers are waiting for me and its not my fault

We are sorry for this problem. This is a strange problem since you said it was working correctly some time ago. What has changed in your computer hardware and software configuration?

What Windows version do you use and what service pack do you have installed (e.g. Windows 7 Service Pack 1)? Do you have the latest version of BatchPhoto installed (3.1.3 - see in Help > About Us)? If not get if from here as a free update for you:
