Size Filter only shows three Digits

Why does image size fields only show three characters. Easy to miss the fact image is much larger!!

This depends on your Windows version and default Windows fonts. Do you have Windows 7? Have you changed the default font?

This is how the Resize windows should look like (it fits 4 digits per edit box) on a standard Windows 7 x64:
