I am a new user of BatchPhoto.
When I resize a photo it get a slight green colour cast in it. I am converting JPEG CMYK to JPG (JFIF) when this happens. I have no other filters applied and use ono interlaced as setting
If I use photoshop to do the same I get no colour cast. If I convert original image to PSD I still get colour cast. I run Vista 64 bit is this normal. I have viewed both versions in photoshop side by side so it is not a viewer or monitor issue.
Any help appreciated.

Sorry for the late reply.
BatchPhoto is designed to handle JFIF images, it can also save TIFF in CMYK. You can try to save your CMYK JPEG files to TIFF CMYK and then save the TIFFs as JPEG again.
Please let me know if this works for you.
