Whenever i resize a .jpg files something weird is happening. I cant print the files, "insufficient memory to perform this task" error message. Though the original file prints fine.
If i try to open a resized .jpg in paint: "unknown file format" message, original file works.
If i open the resized files in photoshop and just save them as .jpg it`s back to normal.
Any ideas?
Resize .jpg issue
Hello,
What settings do you use to resize your JPG images? Can you please send us the original JPG image at support(at)batchphoto.com?

Hi Knut,
Thank you for the samples.
I see there is a problem with Paint oppening the resized file, however all the other programs including Windows Photo Viewer (Vista) and BatchPhoto can open it correctly.
Paint is a very limited program so I do not recommend using it, if you want to do basic edits on your images www.getpaint.net is a much better and also free alternative.
