How to convert RAW/DNG to JPEG

I have a Panasonic DMC-FZ28 and realized that some of my photos were in RAW format. I converted them to DNG using adobe, but I don't know how to use BatchPhoto to convert to JPEG. I tried and keep on getting an error message "Failed to Load..". ????
