Installation failed error message

I have windows 11 just purchased Batchphoto Pro I keep getting error message and cannot load the program. I have used Batch Photo in the past and found it to work perfectly. I do not understand why I get no sign on screen to enter my information and activiation code that was just sent. I cannot use a non installed program at this time.

We are sorry for this issue.

Do you have Windows set to other language than English? If so can you set Windows to English and try installing BatchPhoto again?

Select Start > Settings > Time & language > Language & region, then chose English and click Apply. You can of course reverse to your preferred language after installing BatchPhoto.

I have used Batchphto for years then got a new computer, paid the full cost of a new batch photo and it will not download on my Mac
