Installation is Failing Because of a Server Issue

Hi there.
I've been wanting to try the trial version but when I try to install the program the installation is interrupted by the following message:
"Server returned unexpected error 1624 attempting to install package C:\Users\Chris\AppData\Roaming\Bits&Coffee\BatchPhoto4.4\install\FAB7828\BatchPhoto.msi".
Does buying the program give an install file without that problem or?

What language do you have tour Windows set in? Can you try to set your Windows language to English then install BatchPhoto again?
