I'm using the trial version prior to purchasing an enterprise license.
Initially, I had an issue with converting .eps images, and was told to load the ghost script 32 bit file. It took about 5 attempts of installing/uninstalling both Ghost Script and Batch photo, but was finally able to successfully convert .eps files a week ago.
I went back to the program today, and AGAIN is asking that I load the ghost script file. It IS loaded, no changes were made.
Ghostscript for EPS Images
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in BatchPhoto Enterprise.
Once installed the GhostScript should work just fine without the need to reinstall it.
It’s hard to understand what happened on your computer without seeing it, but you can try to reinstall the 32-bit version of the library from here:
https://www.ghostscript.com/download/gsdnld.html
If this does not solve it you can also try to reinstall BatchPhoto.
