Pretty certain the file isn't damaged - had someone else test it out. It's png format which is supported.
Any advice?

Hi,

Thank you for using BatchPhoto.

What output format do you want to save the file to?

Please send the PNG image in question to support at batchphoto dot com, so we can better investigate the issue.

Couldn't it be linked to the size of the .png file? If it's really huge, it could cause issues.

That's unlikely.

Thanks, I've given it a try, and yes, even 100+mb .pngs work if the hardware behind that can handle it.
