Hello everyone,

I'm looking to change format of an image from 2798x4264 to 2880x4320. I used to do it with photoshop, but it's taking so many times...
With the app, I create:
- Step 1: Resize Advanced > 2880x4388 (I'm keeping the aspect ratio)
- Step 2: Crop > I want to crop the 4388 to 4320. But the Step 2 is only applying on the Original image (2798x4264).

Can I apply a step 2 on a step 1 as a script and not having these steps separate?

Thank you very much for your help. And BatchPhoto is such a great app ! ;)

Hi,

Thank you for using BatchPhoto and for the nice words.

You need to apply the Crop filter after the Resize Advanced filter since the edits are made in the order they are sorted in Step 2. You can also change the order in the list after adding the filters with drag & drop.

Note that in the Crop filter preview you will still see the original image, without the Resize Advanced filter applied. You can see the filters combined in preview, just as in the final image, only in Step 2 of BatchPhoto.

Please let me know if this solves your problem or if you have other questions.

Oh nice, Thank you for your fast answer and yes it's working. So cool ! But the UX interface was a little confusing for me.
I suggest some UX/UI improvements:

- 1.jpg : It's nice to see a preview of the image, but better if we see the Metadatas of the image
https://ibb.co/kD6gz1W
- 2.1.jpg : This is a proposition of showing the Preview and Metadatas, then seeing both Originale image and Edited images too easily compare.
https://ibb.co/wQLD6Jq
- 2.2.jpg : preview of Metadatas of both Originale image and Edited images. Black border is used to show elements that change form Original
https://ibb.co/z425xMp
- 2.3.jpg : An other way to show. First tabs: Preview, Original, and Both for Compare. Then Select on top left, Image or Metadatas

- 3.jpg : When I apply a new filter, It's nice to see the last edit. In my example, Last Step Image Size And in the Preview on the Edited Image (And not on the Original Image which have his own tab)

Hope you like it. And let me know what you think.

Hi Alex,

Thank you for the design ideas. We will consider showing the metadata more prominently throughout the interface.

Have a nice day!
