I get pictures that are more tightly cropped than what I cropped. I am manually cropping them. Once in awhile it gets it right. I am using the percentage setting as suggested. Need an answer I expected this program to get me up and running instead this issue alone has wasted 2 hours.

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry for this issue.

Take into account that the cropping rectangle you see in preview includes the white margins in the crop window. Basically if you use the Crop filter with coordinates in percents the cropped images will have different width and height according to the original images.
