When applying a "crop" filter to a group of photos, about 20% are cropped successfully, but the others result in an odd zoomed in quadrant of the original.Image

Hello,

Thank you for your order.

This happens because your images are of different sizes and you probably used the Crop filter with fixed coordinates and width/height in pixels. You can either:
  • Use the Crop filter with coordinates and width/height in percentages
  • Group your images into batches of same size
Please let me know if this solves your problem.

Thanks. Photos were all same size, but changing to crop % fixed things.
