I have a list of 1200 photos. I deleted the leading txt but that leaves me with photos named as follows:
001.jpg - 1200.jpg
I need to delete the leading zeros so that the filenames are:
1.jpg
2.jpg
3.jpg
etc
This only has to happen on photos 1-99, obviously. After that, numbering is correct.
Any advice?
Deleting character in photo name
Hello,
BatchPhoto can rename photos without processing them (loading/saving) if you have not used any graphical filters and haven't changed the image format.
So you just need to add all your photos in Step 1, then in Step 2 select Edit Names > Custom Defined and make the following changes:
1. Add in Keywords "[Counter]"
2. Add in Counter > Digits "1"
In Step 3 select an Output folder that is not the source folder where the images reside so you will have a backup. Then process your photos.
Let me know if this solves your issue.
