Corel/Kodac PCD format

Hi,
I am converting some .PCD Corel pro pictures in Kodac format and the source pics can be extracted at various resolutions. Other converters will convert the source pics at 3Kx2K but BatchPhoto only converts at the lowrs res of 768x512px
How do I change the resolution so thet my source pics are usable, I have 80,000 to convert
