Issue

my laptop died so i bought a new one i have re downloaded batch photo and entered my activation code i received now when i go to use it it says something like batch photos has stopped working windows is searching or a soloution and then closes it lets me put photos in from a folder but doesnt let me watermark them please can anyone help me as i have a big event this weekend and need my batch photo for the thousands of photos im going to take then many thanks

We are sorry about the problem you encountered with BatchPhoto.
We have made some research and found a fix for it. In order to solve the problem, please download and install this setup file:
http://www.batchphoto.com/download/bp-nocache.exe

Hello,
Can you please tell me what type of video/graphics card (e.g. NVidia 9600 GT) and operating system (e.g. Windows XP SP3) do you have? If you don't know go to Start > Run > type "dxdiag.exe".
