Re: from PSD to PNG doesn't work
Hello,
Can you please email me the sample PSD image at [email protected]?
BatchPhoto can read PSD files that are saved by Photoshop with the "maximum compatibility" option selected. If the PSD files are not saved with this option BatchPhoto may not recognize them.

Cosmin Unguru

Re: Multi-page TIFF to PDF
Hello, You can convert a multi-page TIFF to a PDF with BatchPhoto but you need to perform the operation in two steps: 1. Re: BatchPhoto for Mac
Hello,
Sorry, there is no Mac version for BatchPhoto at this time. However, we are looking into porting BatchPhoto to the Mac OS X but there is no clear release date available at this time.

Re: How to Create a PDF from Explorer
Hello, The problem is not with the context menu integration but with the number of files you are trying to add to a single PDF file. You can safely create a PDF file with dozens of images but if you're trying to create a single PDF with hundreds of images your computer will run out of memory and cau...

Re: Date not showing on 4x6 print
Hello, I understand the problem. It can be solved by using the Crop filter before the Date filter. Please follow the steps: 1. In Step 2, select Add Filter > Transform > Crop 2. In the filter configuration window select "values in percents" and the following: left=0, width=100, top=5, height=90. 3. ...

Re: never received my activation code
Dear Fred,
You should had received (after the order was validated) an email titled "BatchPhoto" with activation instructions. Maybe it ended up in your Spam folder?
I've just emailed you the activation code, please let me know if you did not receive it.

Re: Resizing images and misc
Dear mkwhisenant, I believe that you see different font sizes in the 600-700 batch because not all of the pictures have the same size/resolution (e.g. 1600x1200). The font has a fixed pixel size so it will appear larger on the smaller sized images and smaller on the larger images. The solution will ...
