Re: subfolder processing issue

Dear user,

It is obvious that if the monitored and output folder are the same you will get an infinite loop. Two simple solutions would be to move the output folder out of the monitored folder or deactivate the Include all subfolders when processing option.

Re: Size Filter only shows three Digits

Dear user, Thank you for your feedback. This depends on your Windows version and default Windows fonts. Do you have Windows 7? Have you changed the default font? The Date filter uses this information to stamp your photos so I would not indicate using it in your particular situation. A solution would be to simply use the Comment filte...

Re: Resizing images and .jpg file size

Dear user, It is not advised to use the Fixed Size option when trying to get very small file sizes for JPEG photos. Try modifying the Quality parameter instead. Regarding the feature you mentioned, you can achieve the desired effect using the Thumbnail filter. The next version of BatchPhoto will hav...

Re: Date and Time taken

Hello, BatchPhoto only erases the media data (EXIF information) of a photo if you choose to save it as a format different from JPEG or TIFF (the only formats that have EXIF info). For example, if you have a set of JPEG photos and you resize them preserving the original format, the media data of the ...
