Noise reduction doesn't work (+sharpen , similar issue)
Hi! I tried the noise reduction filter, but there is no visible change for both "enhance" or "despeckle". I have waited for the filter to load (when it says "applying.."), if there is a change it is super subtle. There is no way to set the amount of reduction also, which would be good. Does it depen...

A suggestion regarding the Color balance filter, it changes too much for each +1 that is added.
So when adding +1 to "blue" it changes too much.
It would be very nice if each increment was 6-10 times smaller or so, then it would be very usable!
