Thank for your help, after deleting the "Image Path" node and creating the node "Search Path" it worked perfectlly.

The images node stayed like this:

<Images>
<Search Path="c:/fotos/*.*" Subfolders="1" />
</Images>

I suggest you to change the design , so that woul be possible to recreate the structure, with just one subfolder. I´m sure that would be usefull for everyone that wants to process ...
