Unfortunately BatchPhoto does not have this feature in the current version but we are working to add an Auto Crop feature for the next major release scheduled in 2014.
If you are interested in testing the beta version please let us know.

Before processing your photos go to Step 3, select JPEG as the Output Format, click on the Settings button and increase the Size/Quality of the output photos. This way you can get output files that have sizes closer to the original ones.

Dear Michael, I have just tested BatchPhoto Monitor with a full screen application and I cannot reproduce the behavior you described. It worked just fine for me, the task bar remained hidden while BatchPhoto was processing. Maybe there is something special about your application. Make sure that you ...
