Re: change incorrect dates on photos

Hello,

Unfortunately if you already applied wrong dates to photos you cannot remove them with BatchPhoto. The only option that BatchPhoto has to remove the unwanted data/time text is to crop the photo, however I realize this is not a very good solution.

Re: Issue

Hello,

Can you please tell me what type of video/graphics card (e.g. NVidia 9600 GT) and operating system (e.g. Windows XP SP3) do you have? If you don't know go to Start > Run > type "dxdiag.exe".

Re: Resize JPG Colour Issue

Sorry for the late reply.

BatchPhoto is designed to handle JFIF images, it can also save TIFF in CMYK. You can try to save your CMYK JPEG files to TIFF CMYK and then save the TIFFs as JPEG again.

Please let me know if this works for you.

Re: Date and Time taken

Hello, BatchPhoto reads the original date/time from the EXIF record which is embedded in photos. The original date/time for your picture is Jan 5, 2009 12:29 as I can see from the sample sent via email. I see this is also in the name of your picture so it is not of by an hour. Maybe your camera time...

Re: Camera name printed

Hello, This feature is on our to-do list for some time and it will be implemented soon. Unfortunately in the current version you cannot automatically add the filename to the picture but as a work around you can use the Comment and Watermark Text filters to add a generic filename. Thank you for your ...

Re: Image file size

Hello,

You can select the compression/quality for the resulting JPG files. Just go to Step 3 > Format > Settings > Quality. Less Quality equals a lower file size.

Re: Resizing images and misc

Hello, You can resize, adjust page size and maintain aspect ratio with Resize Advanced (from Transform category). If you want to resize and maintain landscape/portrait proper dimensions you can use the Resize filter. For filling with a color, you can use the Border filter (from Effects). You can try...

Re: Question about watermarking

Hello,

The 5-photo per session is a limitation for the Trial version only. The purchased version can watermark thousands of pictures in one session and it also takes advantage of multi-core processor to speedup the process.
