Luminar Neo is a photo editing software created to enhance photographs using AI-powered tools. With this editor you’ll enjoy numerous possibilities to enhance your shots, from replacing the sky and adding rays of sunshine to removing powerlines, upscaling pictures up to 6x and retouching portraits.
Like any respectable software, this one too is equipped with a batch editing feature. The process isn’t difficult, but not the most direct either. Luminar Neo allows you to edit multiple images through the Sync Adjustments command. This means that you’ll have to retouch the first image in the group, select the rest of the images and then sync the adjustments made. It is not a demanding operation, rather one that requires a few extra clicks. When you’re done, you can use the Export button to export the files to your computer, to email or to an external device.

BeFunky
If you don’t want to install a new program on your PC, this is definitely worth a try. BeFunky is a tool that gives you the opportunity to batch edit images directly from your browser. And the great thing about it is that you can perform this operation in a hassle-free manner. Simply go to the website to the Batch section, load your pictures and then click on any of the editing tools from the quick menu located on the left side of the screen. Each tool has its own menu, so you can take control and adjust the photo as you please.
BeFunky enables you to apply a wide array of edits to your images. You can resize, crop and rotate them, adjust the exposure and colors, improve the clarity and sharpness, correct lens distortions, use auto enhancement or add tons of photo filters and effects. There’s also an option to watermark your pictures, but it’s oddly placed in the Save Images section. It’s important to mention that BeFunky is not currently providing support for RAW images. At the moment the tool is compatible only with JPG, GIF, BMP and PNG.

It won’t require too much time to understand how the program functions, but unexperienced users may find it unintuitive at first.
ImBatch places at your disposal a vast library of tasks to add simultaneously to your group of pictures. Among others you can resize, rotate, watermark and mirror your photos, perform color adjustments, adjust the exposure, apply special effects like fish eye and motion blur or add rounded corners. You can also use the program as a metadata editor and add/remove EXIF/IPTC tags. reaConverter is a tool designed to make batch converting and editing a simple process. This is due to the clearly-designed interface, with which you’ll instantly become familiar. There are three main tabs to follow: Files and folders, Edit images and Saving options. Once you go through these stages in that order, all that remains to be done is to press the green Start button and just let the software process all your images.
reaConverter is focused on batch converting and therefore offers support for regular, advanced, archaic, RAW and vector formats among others. But this doesn’t mean it is limited to image conversion. The tool can be actually used as a complete bulk photo editor. There are plenty of features available to optimize, adjust and retouch your pictures. In that sense you can resize, crop, rotate, mirror or split images, change the brightness/contrast, white balance and hue/saturation, reduce the noise, change the background or do lens corrections. You can also save your configuration for later use.

Light Image Resizer is a Windows solution designed primarily to resize, compress and convert multiple photos at the same time. The tool offers a multitude of ways to resize your pictures. You can customize the width/height, scale by percentage, choose between diverse modes to make photos stay within specific pixel limits. There are also predefined profiles available, which let you choose image resolutions for web use, mobile devices or social media platforms.
Light Image Resizer allows you to optimize your PNG and JPEG files and adjust the compression levels as you need based on quality or file size. Even though it is not as feature-rich as full-fledged photo editors, the program offers some options to perform basic image editing. You can insert a watermark, add rounded edges, adjust the brightness/contrast, convert your images to gray scale or apply a sepia effect. A convenient feature is the ability to save your edits as profiles and reuse them later. On the downside, the interface is not the most exciting.

Fotosizer
Fotosizer is a PC tool centered around resizing images in batches. The program doesn’t have the most modern interface, but it is clearly structured for an easy navigation. The editing process is pretty straightforward: add your images in the left side of the main dashboard, apply the desired edits by scrolling through the settings on the right side and afterwards hit the Start button.
Fotosizer is developed with numerous methods to change the resolution and size of your images, from resizing by longest side to selecting from multiple preset sizes. In addition you’ll be able to change the DPI, crop and rotate your pictures, protect them with a text or logo watermark, balance the saturation, brightness or contrast or apply special effects such as polaroid, monochrome or vignette. To make your tasks easier, you can save your settings as profiles and easily load them in another session.

FastStone Photo Resizer is our last alternative to batch edit photos on Windows. The tool allows you to perform plenty of useful operations to optimize your photos. These include features to rename, resize, crop, rotate or convert images, as well as change the color depth, adjust the brightness, contrast or saturation. Additionally you can insert comments, a text or logo watermark or add borders to your pictures.
The amount of features is more than necessary for some basic image editing. The main issue has to do with the software’s design. The problem with the UI is that it’s not only obsolete, but it is also pretty cluttered. It’s not something insurmountable, but it will definitely require a higher adjustment time in comparison to other software.
