Cropping changes black to white

Hi,

I'm having problems with the crop function distorting the colors of my images. It turns all pure black colors into whites, which ruins them.

For example, here it what the cropped file should look like (done manually):


And here is what BatchPhoto outputs:

Hi,

Please send us the original picture that produce this issue and tell us your BatchPhoto version and your operating system name.

If the pixels from the original photo that you want to process are transparent you can use a Color Replace filter to convert transparency into the black color.
