I have my activation code Which I purchased 3 months ago. When I try enter it in my new computer it says incorrect code.

If you want to activate a version newer than 2.7.1 only fill the Code field and let the Name field empty.
In order to activate BatchPhoto follow the next steps:
1. Go to Start > Programs > BatchPhoto > BatchPhoto (shortcut)
2. Click on Help > Activate button from menu
3. Fill Name and Code (or just Code for versions later than 2.7.1)
4. Press the OK button

I placed an order online with your company on January 1 for the Pro BatchPhoto. My order number is 10973894.
I immediately sent an email after the transaction, when I realized that I accidentally left off the "L" in my email address and so I did NOT receive the activation code I should have.
The CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS: [email protected]
PLEASE send this otherwise, I will have to cancel this credit card transaction due to this error and re-issue.
If I do not have a reply by 10 PM EST, I will contact the credit card agency to cancel.
