Unable to recover Activation Code

Hi there!!
I've submitted two requests for recovering the activation code for my recent update via your website (using email and order #) but I didn't get any emails back with the requested info... My email software is filtered to accept your emails (and also Avangate ones) so I don't know what's going on!!
Please help!!
