I downloaded the update, and know I get an error message stating that Batch Photo has stopped working, and it gives me the option of searching online for a solution or closing the program. I have done both options, and it still does not work. I even restarted my computer twice. The following is the details from the message:

Hello,

Can you please describe the sequence of steps that lead to this error? Also what Windows version are you using (e.g. Windows 7 with SP1)?

I've experienced the same problem. I have a few folder watches set up to monitor an inbox and convert RGB tifs mainly to RGB jpegs and CMYK tifs among others. This error occurs relatively frequently. I've tried reinstalling BatchPhoto, installing the latest, most relevant Virtual Studio Redistributable update and nothing has worked. I have the latest version of BatchPhoto Enterprise (Version 4.2) running on Windows 7 Professional SP1 with 8GB of RAM.

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.

Please download and install this setup file on a test computer:
https://www.batchphoto.com/download/bp-logging.exe

This version contains an slightly updated Monitor so if you already have multuple images in your input folder better to install it on a different computer since it will reprocess all images from the input folder at first run.

Run BatchPhoto and if it still quits browse to your Documents folder and under the BatchPhoto folder you will find the System.log file. Please send this file to support at batchphoto dot com so we can investigate the problem. This file does not contain personally identifiable information but only a log for BatchPhoto.
