Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.

It seems there is a problem with the color space. Can you please send us the original image to support at batchphoto.com to investigate this?

I´ve sent an email with the original file, do you have any idea if it was received?

Hello,

Yes, we have received the image, thank you for the sample.

It seems the image has a color space that BatchPhoto does not recognize. We will see what we can do in the next update of BatchPhoto. Thank you for your feedback.
