Hello,
I wanted to reduce the resolution of images in folders that contain the name with an accent. This resulted in corrupted files with zero size. Does it only for folders where the name of diacritics.
Corrupted files with zero size
Dear User,
Thank you for the feedback.
In the current version BatchPhoto does not correctly handle files/folders with special characters in them (like diacritics). So you should put your photos in a folder that does not contain diacritics in it's name (e.g. My Pictures).
We are aware of this internationalization issue and I assure you we are planning to update BatchPhoto to support those special characters in the following months.
Best Regards,
Cosmin Unguru
