add drop box

just tried to add photos but add drop box does not open, any ideas?

Dear user,
There are three ways in which you can add photos to the list: use the Add button; paste the photos that are attached to the clipboard using the Ctrl + V key combination or the Paste option from the photo list's right-click menu; drag & drop your photos onto the image list.

I would like to know if the software can automatically apply a photoshop droplet in a folder containing images and updates and applies the droplet when new images are automatically added?

Dear user,
Please check out BatchPhoto Monitor and see if it suits your needs. BatchPhoto Monitor uses the concept of “hot” folders which means that whenever you drop a picture in such a folder a certain predefined profile will be applied to it.
For more details regarding BatchPhoto Monitor you can take a look at the Help file of the application (press F1 in BatchPhoto and go to the Monitor section).
