Batch Photo's no longer wking/showing that I had ever bought

My batchphoto's is gone... It is like I never had it on my computer.. I have had it ck my someone who knows about computer's, it can not be retrieve.. I need HELP.. I bought it on 10/25/2011...

Dear user,
BatchPhoto cannot just disappear from your computer. Either the program was intentionally uninstalled or Windows was reinstalled on the computer.
