Hi,
I looked through the forum but couldn't see a specific answer to this.
We are putting together a website with a news section. Each image that we decide to use for a news story will need to be resized and cropped in 3 ways.
e.g. From the 4096 x 2048 (or whatever) original to
500x300, 150x150, 50x50 for display on the news page, home page and search results
the thing is that we don't want it to be done by batch as we want the user to be able to control what part of the photo we use. Also we dont want the user to have to be super precise in the cropping, we want the program to crop to these predetermined sizes so there is no problem if the user is tired and crops to 505X295 instead of 500x300
so my question is if BatchPhoto can crop to predetermined sizes letting the user decide which part of the image gets cropped each time..
hope that makes sense
D
"semi-automatic" or prefdefined cropping!
Dear user,
BatchPhoto excels at performing the same edits to a large number of photos.
So you cannot manually specify the desired cropping coordinates for each individual photo. So the Crop filter settings are configured before processing and they cannot be modified after the processing starts.
