Legal Evidence

Can anyone tell me if this program will use only the original metadata of the pix itself to provide the time/date stamp? If the data can be altered, then it would be worthless as evidence in court. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Hi Reed,

BatchPhoto reads the original date/time from the photo's EXIF record. This is the original shooting date most of the times.

Of course the EXIF record can be modified, as is the case with any information in digital format that is not strongly encrypted.
