Monitor not working

I can not get monitor to launch.

I was running trial enterprise version 4.2 on Windows 10 Home (64-bit operating system) and couldn't get it to work so downloaded and tried trial enterprise version 4.3. I still can't get monitor to launch.

What troubleshooting should I try please?

Hi Linda,

Thank you for your interest in BatchPhoto Enterprise.

Make sure that you are selecting the Enterprise edition when launching the trial version of BatchPhoto.

The Monitor should start automatically, and you should find it in the system try by clicking on the small up arrow in the lower right corner of the screen.You can also launch the Monitor manually from the main menu of BatchPhoto select File > Launch Monitor.
