I need a JPG that needs to be 640 x 480 with a dpi 72. Everything I've done through advanced resize, will not maintain my requirements.

HELP!

Hi,

In the Advanced Resize filter you can set the Document DPI/PPI as 72. This will not change the image but only set the DPI value into the image's EXIF metadata. That's all you need to print the images for example.

To test this you can load the processed image into BatchPhoto and in Step 1 select View > Details. Then right click on the header (that says Name, Type, Date Taken, etc) and add DPI. You should see the modified DPI for the processed image.

Is this option available in the trial version, Mike? I can't see it. Sorry if I'm missing something.

Hi Kirven,

Sorry for the late reply.

Yes this option is available in trial mode for BatchPhoto Pro. When the app starts up make sure you select BatchPhoto Pro as the version to test not BatchPhoto Home.
