I am just wondering if BatchPhoto can be uninstalled from one PC and installed on a different PC or would I be forced to purchase the program again?

Sure, you can uninstall from one computer then install and activate on a new one. You can even switch from a PC to a Mac like this, we use the same codes for both platforms.
